I am working in Hewlett Packard global soft PVT LTD as a CE Assist[customer engineer assist or certified engineer assist]. I have commerce background and also have completed A+, MCP(software), MCSA & CCNA (hardware and networking related courses)

My Job: Working at 1. 5 level. We are 5 members in CE Assist - it is basically into research and development. We get cases in the queue where in the request would be like the onsite engineer is looking for a specific solution for a laptop/desktop but unable to find and therefore logs a request for us to research and then get back to them for the solution.

We have 12 members below us. I keep track of their performance and record them on daily/weekly basis and then provide feed back in terms of technical knowledge.

It is very difficult to survive in this world, but once you get to know the trick of it, you are the winner.

Well! I'm aiming to achieve good position in HP by 2012 or 2013.

Overall HP is a very good place to work with.

I'm planning to pursue MBA and aiming to become successful in the society. In free time I like playing guitar - one of my favourite pass times.
