I would describe myself as being generous, down to earth, social, and easy to talk to. Alhumdullilah, I come from a practicing Sunni family, and I wear a hijab. Education is important to me and I plan on going back to school in the future, inshAllah. I am doing research now to try and figure out what profession I would like to pursue. I think I have managed to strike a balance between eastern and western cultures. Traditional values such as respecting my elders and islamic principles are something I try my best to uphold; however, I also recognize the importance of being educated and being able to express my opinion. I am hoping to find someone that is respectful, educated, and honest.

My family is originally from India and have been in the US for 20 years. I consider myself fortunate and blessed to have such wonderful parents and brother. I have a lot of respect for my mom and dad and consider my brother to be one of my best friends.
