The Shaadi.com Mobile service is a unique and special service to find your life-partner using your mobile phone. Using this service you can find your match, and stay updated with your account activity on Shaadi.com even while you're away from a computer. With Shaadi.com Mobile you can use either SMS, Voice, WAP or Mobile Application to stay connected to Shaadi.com.

- What is WAP?
WAP (Wireless Access Protocol) is a Mobile Data Service available to users. WAP data transfer is typically charged per megabyte of transferred data, while data communication via traditional circuit switching is billed per minute of connection time, independent of whether the user has actually transferred data or has been in an idle state.
WAP can be utilized for services such as WAP access, SMS and MMS, but also for Internet communication services such as email and web access.

- How to use this service as a Mobile Application?
You can download this application on your mobile phone:
Using mobile phone
- Type GETSHAADI and send SMS to 57007
- You will receive an sms with the link to download the application on your mobile phone
- Click on the link and follow instructions
- Start using the application after the download is complete
Using web
- Click here to download the application on your computer
- Once downloaded you can then transfer the application on your mobile phone
Please note that you need to have WAP access enabled by your mobile service provider to use the application.

- Who can use this service?
Any registered Shaadi.com member (free or premium) can use the Shaadi.com Mobile service. The Shaadi.com Mobile service is currently only available only for Vodafone users in India.

- Can I change my mobile number after I have subscribed to this service?
Yes. You can change your mobile number after you have subscribed to this service by visiting the Shaadi.com Mobile Alerts. Type in the new mobile number and click on 'Update' button. You will then have to verify the new mobile number entered.

- What are the keywords available for using this service on SMS?
The keywords used for this service along with its function are listed below:
- To confirm the Shaadi.com Mobile service requested and verify your mobile number, type 'VALIDATE <PROFILE ID>' from your mobile number and send SMS to 57007.
- To search for a Female, between 22 & 25, Hindu, in Delhi, type 'LOOKUP 22 25 F Hi DELHI' and send SMS to 57007.
- To get the next set of Shaadi.com profiles from the search results received, reply to the SMS received with the keyword 'NEXT'.
- To get details of the Shaadi.com profile from the search results received, reply to the SMS received with the keyword 'VIEW <PROFILE ID>'.
- To view details of a particular profile, type 'VIEW <PROFILE ID>' as an SMS to 57007. For example, send 'VIEW nycer' to 57007 to view profile details of 'nycer'.
- To express interest in another member, type 'INTEREST <PROFILE ID>' and send SMS to 57007. For example, send 'INTEREST nycer' to 57007 to express interest in Shaadi.com Profile ID 'nycer'.
- To accept an interest received, type 'ACCEPT <PROFILE ID>' as an SMS to 57007. For example, send 'ACCEPT nycer' to 57007 to accept interest expressed by Shaadi.com Profile ID 'nycer'.
- To decline an interest received, type 'DECLINE <PROFILE ID>' as an SMS to 57007. For example, send 'DECLINE nycer' to 57007 to decline interest expressed by Shaadi.com Profile ID 'nycer'.
- To write a custom message to an accepted member type 'WRITE <PROFILE ID>' followed by your message and send SMS to 57007. For example, send 'WRITE nycer Hi. Let me know how you want to take this ahead?. This service is available to Premium Members.
- To get contact details of a member, type 'CONTACT <PROFILE ID>' and send to 57007. This is available on to Premium Members.

- Are there any charges to use this service?
You will be charged for the usage of the service based on your membership type.
For a Free Member the charges will be as follows:
- Shaadi.com Mobile SMS service: every incoming alert will be charged at Re. 1 per SMS, while every outgoing SMS will be charged at Rs. 3 per SMS, except 'view profile' and 'express interest' which will be charged at Rs. 10 per SMS.
- Shaadi.com Mobile WAP service: you will be charged at Rs. 10/- per Express of Interest sent by the Member and per profile forwarded via sms or email.
- Shaadi.com Mobile Application: you will be charged Rs. 10 per express interest sent.
For a Premium Member all incoming SMS alerts and expression of interests on WAP and Mobile Application will be completely FREE.
Shaadi.com Mobile Voice service will be charged at Rs. 6 per minute for both, free and premium members. Calls to other members through Voice will be charged at Rs. 10 as one-time connectivity charge in addition to Rs. 6 per min.

You can unsubscribe from this Shaadi.com Mobile Alerts service by simply deselecting the alert choices you had subscribed to. You will then stop receiving alerts on your mobile. Click here to unsubscribe to alerts now.
You can also unsubscribe from the Shaadi.com Mobile Voice service separately.
